Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Showbiz Hiring Manager or in related talent acquisition roles within the entertainment industry.
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate screening, and advanced interviewing skills tailored to showbiz recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, adept at fostering candidate and stakeholder relationships.
