Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online lessons tailored to individual student needs as an Online Tutor.
- Develop and prepare customized study materials and lesson plans for all tutoring sessions.
- Monitor and track student progress using our LMS and other digital tools.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage improvement and confidence.
- Collaborate with parents and academic teams to align tutoring goals and strategies.
- Maintain punctual, reliable attendance and manage flexible scheduling effectively.
- Continuously update knowledge of subject matter and online teaching best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven teaching or tutoring experience in relevant subject areas for US students.

- Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and LMS systems.
