We are seeking a professional with technical knowledge and consultative sales skills to lead virtual dashboard demonstrations, understand prospect needs, and explain how relevant features support their priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead engaging live demonstrations of the Ai-RGUS dashboard for technical and nontechnical prospects, following the company-provided script and demonstration structure.
– Deliver designated sections verbatim and ensure all required points are covered.
– Ask discovery questions about prospects’ security environments, reporting needs, and operational challenges to tailor product demonstrations.
– Demonstrate dashboard navigation, device information, alerts, report configuration, and integrations within Ai-RGUS, highlighting relevant features and their practical value to support the sales process.
– Manage questions and objections, maintain the presentation flow, and coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate answers when needed.
– Respond to Tier 1 technical questions about the product via email.

Required Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, presales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a similar role involving live software demonstrations to prospects.
– Bachelor’s degree in Science or an equivalent technical degree.
– Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn software configurations and explain them in clear, practical terms.
– Demonstrated consultative sales skills, including active listening, needs assessment, and connecting product features to business value.
– Excellent spoken and written English, with clear and articulate communication skills readily understood by U.S. business audiences during virtual presentations.
– Ability and willingness to adhere to an approved script, retain required wording, accept coaching, and incorporate feedback.
– Confidence in screen sharing and virtual meeting management, along with a reliable internet connection, a professional meeting environment, and strong preparation and follow-through.
