Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain clear technical documents including user manuals, API guides, release notes, and knowledge base articles tailored for Peaklivo’s SaaS products.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers remotely to gather information and verify technical content accuracy for the Technical Writer role.
- Utilize documentation tools such as MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, and MadCap Flare to format and publish consistent, high-quality technical content.
- Review and edit existing documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards and SEO best practices related to technical writing.
- Manage version control and content updates within the company’s content management system to maintain the accuracy and relevancy of technical materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a technical writing role, preferably as a remote technical writer creating documentation for software or technology products.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, and MadCap Flare, alongside solid content management and editing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to produce SEO-optimized technical content.
- Experience with structured writing methodologies and familiarity with software development life cycles is a plus.
