Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in a remote setting.
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for remote interactions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and aptitude for managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
