Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for product knowledge and expertise in the working from home furniture product line, enhancing the customer experience.

- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to keep up-to-date on product availability and trends within the working from home furniture market.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background and passion for office furniture, ergonomics, and customer service:
- At least 2 years of direct experience in sales or customer support related to furniture or home office products.
- Solid understanding of working from home furniture, including ergonomic solutions and current home office trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse customer profiles.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales tracking is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic e-commerce environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
